We’ll be introducing an Ecosystem Developer Technical Support Desk to address technical support for building integrations on our platform and Marketplace Service Desk for Marketplace vendor inquiries and issues.
Our goal is to streamline your interaction with our Ecosystem teams and achieve a better level of support.
Over time, we’ll be removing various channels such as our several Google groups where support requests have been collected so that issues can be routed through our new service desks to the appropriate internal teams.
For the next few weeks we welcome you to share your feedback on this new process through these service desks.
